Easy Payment!

We Provide "no hassle" payments: 

1. Our charges are from month to month only, no long term leases.  For further convenience, payments are due on the first of the month to correspond with other first of the month bills.  We prorate your monthly rent from the day you move in to the end of the month.

2. You have the choice of paying with cash, credit card, check or money order.

3. Prepayment arrangements can be made with no extra charge so that while you are on vacation or away from home for months at a time, you will be paid up.

4. Many people prefer to pay monthly with a credit card.  We can set this up so your payment is automatic on the first of the month.
